homemade Ingredients:
3 large carrots |
1 oz ginger, grated |
1/2 oz unsalted butter |
400 ml stock, vegetable |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch black pepper |
Directions:
1. make up stock 2. peel and slice carrots 3. melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat 4. grate ginger into melted butter and stir well 5. add carrots to pot and stir well 6. cook for five minutes or so 7. add stock, bring to boil and simmer until carrots are soft 8. use a hand-blender to smoosh up the carrots 9. add a little more water if necessary and reutn to heat 10. season and serve with bread |
