A zingy salad dressing. Makes 2 cups. Keeps in fridge for 1 week. Ingredients:
1 cup grated carrot |
1 tablespoon miso |
1/2 cup rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon mirin |
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger |
1 cup grapeseed oil |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except oil and process on high. 2. Add oil in a steady stream until well mixed. 3. Refrigerate. |
