Frozen yogurt using carrot juice and strawberries.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 low-fat plain yogurt
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup carrot juice
1/2 frozen strawberries
1/4 ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons skim milk powder
6 ice cream cones
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients, except ice cream cone, in the blender and blend until very smooth.
2. Place smoothie mix into freezer for several hours.
3. Scoop into cones.
