Frozen yogurt using carrot juice and strawberries. Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 low-fat plain yogurt |
1 frozen banana |
1/4 cup carrot juice |
1/2 frozen strawberries |
1/4 ricotta cheese |
3 tablespoons skim milk powder |
6 ice cream cones |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients, except ice cream cone, in the blender and blend until very smooth. 2. Place smoothie mix into freezer for several hours. 3. Scoop into cones. |
