This dressing was inspired by a salad at a local sushi bar, when i asked the chef what he used to make it he replied, use carrots...and your imagination and with a wink he walked away. Some days later i bought a bag of carrots and through trial and error came up with this recipe...Mr Sake would be proud :) Ingredients:
2 tablespoons light miso |
3 teaspoons rice vinegar |
1 carrot (grated) |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
1 tablespoon gingerroot (grated) |
1 teaspoon water |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until the dressing coats a back of a spoon. 2. Enjoy over any salad with lots of cabbage! 3. Bon Apetite. |
