I tried this recipe for the first time...this can be treated as kidz food..kidz will love it&it's healthy&eazy too...speciality of this dosa is no need fermentation&also no need of urad dhall... Ingredients:
rice 1c (soaked for 5hr) |
carrot 2(grated) |
dry chilles 3 or 5 |
cumin seed 2tsp |
hing a pinch |
salt as needed |
oil |
Directions:
1. Grind the ing(rice...to... salt) by adding some water 2. Grind like a dosa batter 3. Heat the tava,pour the batter&spread in a circular motion like a pancake 4. Cook both the sides by adding few drops of oil till golden brown 5. Serve it hot with your favourite chutney.. |
