Carrot Chips - SCD Legal Ingredients:
carrots |
corn oil /coconut oil |
paper bag |
salt |
Directions:
1. Cut carrots into thin discs with a food processor. 2. Deep fry in corn oil until the color of bacon. 3. Drain for about 1 minute on paper towel then shake in a paper bag with salt. 4. They are still a little soggy when they first come out, but firm up as they cool. |
