Taken from Farmers' Almanac. Ingredients:
4 cups cooked carrots |
1/2 lb. processed cheese, cubed or grated |
1 small onion, diced |
4 slices bread |
3/4 stick (6 tbsp.) butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix carrots, cheese, and onion together and place in a greased 8-inch casserole dish. 2. Crumble bread over carrot mixture. 3. Pour butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes our until golden brown. |
