Carrot Cake's Creamy Fudge |

This is really good fudge that can be made really easily. You can use any kind of chocolate chips, for any flavor! Ingredients:
4 cups sugar |
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk |
1 cup butter |
2 cups chocolate chips |
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Heat sugar, butter, and milk until candy thermometer reads 'soft ball' or 240F. 2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until chocolate chips melted. Pour into 9-13 pan and place in fridge. Serve when hard. |
