Scrumptious Carrot Cake with an irresistable Cream Cheese Frosting. Also delicious as cupcakes . Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
2 1/3 cups flour |
1 cup oil |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
4 ounces carrot baby food |
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup butter |
3 ounces cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Beat all together until well mixed. Put in 9x13 inch pan. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Or bake in 2 pans for 35-40 minutes for Bars. Or 25-30 minutes for Cupcakes. 3. Frosting: Blend all ingredients until creamy. Spread on Cakes, Bars or Cupcakes. |
