Joey's mom's recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1 lb confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup crushed canned pineapple, lightly drained
2 tablespoons sour cream
3/4 cup baked coconut
2 teaspoons coarsely grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:

Beat butter until soft.

Gradually beat in sugar alternately with pineapple and sour cream until fluffy and smooth.
3.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
