Enjoy this yummy carrot cake without the dairy. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
salt, pinch |
1/2 cup oil |
2 eggs |
2 cups grated carrots |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients and mix very well. 2. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch baking pan. 3. Bake for 25- 30 minutes at 350. |
