Ingredients:
2 cup(s) sugar
4 egg yolks
2 cup(s) carrots grated
2 1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 1/2 cup(s) nuts
1 1/2 cup(s) salad oil
1 3/4 tablespoon(s) water
2 1/4 cup(s) flour sifted
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
4 egg whites
Directions:
1. Blend sugar and oil in bowl.
2. Add egg yolks, hot water.
3. Mix in carrots & dry ingredients.
4. Add nuts & fold in egg whites.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
