Ingredients:
2 cup(s) sugar |
4 egg yolks |
2 cup(s) carrots grated |
2 1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 1/2 cup(s) nuts |
1 1/2 cup(s) salad oil |
1 3/4 tablespoon(s) water |
2 1/4 cup(s) flour sifted |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
4 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Blend sugar and oil in bowl. 2. Add egg yolks, hot water. 3. Mix in carrots & dry ingredients. 4. Add nuts & fold in egg whites. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
