Hope some one likes carrot cakes. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 1/2 cups salad oil |
4 eggs, beaten |
3 cups self-rising flour |
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
2 cups grated carrot |
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, oil, and eggs; beat well. 2. Blend in flour and cinnamon. 3. Add carrots and nuts, mixing well. 4. Pour into a well-greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake test done. 6. Yield: one 10-inch cake. |
