Plain carrot cake, no pinapples,rasins, or nuts! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups canola oil |
2 cups sugar |
2 1/2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
4 large eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
4 cups carrots, grated |
1 tsp nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Sift all dry ingredients together 2. Combine carrots, eggs, vanilla, and oil in a bowl. 3. Gradually mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until completely blended. 4. Pour into a greased 13x9 dish and bake at 325 deg. for 45 minutes. |
