Not sure what sized pan to use. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup oil |
3 cups grated carrots |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
4 eggs |
1 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Pour oil into bowl - sift dry ingredient into oil until stirred in good. 2. Add eggs, carrots, and nuts. 3. Bake 45 minutes at 350. |
