Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 cups grated carrots
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cup nuts
Directions:
1. Pour oil into bowl - sift dry ingredient into oil until stirred in good.
2. Add eggs, carrots, and nuts.
3. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
