This is a great recipe too. I added a 1/2 cup of raisins to this too and it was wonderful. Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar |
2 eggs |
2/3 cup oil |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 dash salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup grated carrot |
Directions:
1. Bake one hour at 325 degrees. 2. Enjoy. |
