Carrot and Raisin Salad With Pineapple |

I have had this recipe for so many years that I do not remember where or whom I originally got it from. It is a very tasty recipe - which is why I have kept it for so long. Ingredients:
2/3 cup raisins |
2 cups coarsely grated carrots |
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
1/3 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Toss raisins, carrots, and pineapple together lightly; set aside. 2. Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar and add to the raisin mixture. 3. Refrigerate until served. |
