This is so simple! Ingredients:
8 cups water |
1 vegetable bouillon cube |
3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced |
3/4 cup small shell pasta (smaller the better) |
1/2 teaspoon marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon parsley |
Directions:
1. Place the bouillon cube into the water and stir until it dissolves. 2. Place the carrots into the pot and bring to a boil. 3. Turn the heat down and cover, simmering for 8 minutes. 4. Add the pasta and cook until the pasta is tender. |
