The Vegetarian Kitchen Table Cookbook Ingredients:
1 lb carrot, peeled and shredded |
2/3 cup orange juice |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine carrots, orange juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. 2. Add almonds, raisins and parsley. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, for at least one hour. Serve chilled. |
