Carrot and Dill Soup

A very easy but tasty soup recipe
Ingredients:
4 medium carrots, peeled and finely minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. in a med saucepan, saute the minced carrot and dill in the butter for 30 mins over low heat.
2. add chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add cream and heat through, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
4. garnish with a dill sprig and serve.
