This tastes absolutely wonderful and works just aswell as plain carrot soup without the coriander. Especially for the kids. Go on try it both ways - you may be surprised! Ingredients:
8 large carrots |
3 cups chicken stock |
1 -2 teaspoon ground coriander |
Directions:
1. Slice carrots and add to chicken stock boil until carrots soften. 2. Blend carrots and add ground coriander to suit personal taste. 3. Viola! nice and easy tasty wholesome soup. Enjoy! |
