Ingredients:
1 lb carrot, shredded
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup golden raisin
2 tablespoons honey

1. Combine all ingredients, tossing well. Cover and chill.
