Carrie,my Mother,made rhubarb treats for us every spring. Now I make it for my family. Ingredients:
4 cups diced fresh rhubarb |
1 cup white sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup instant oats |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup crisco shortening |
Directions:
1. Combine rhubarb, white sugar, and flour. 2. Place in greased 6x10 inch baking dish. 3. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb 4. mixture. 5. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done. 6. Serve warm or cold . |
