This cake was brought to a luncheon by a coworker. It was delicious. Since then, I have been making it, people love it and it is a great, easy way to use up those overripe bananas that sneak up on you. Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix |
3 bananas |
1 cup water |
1/3 cup oil |
2 eggs |
cool whip (small tub) |
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix |
3/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix cake ingredients in blender. 3. Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan. 4. Bake for 25-35 minutes. 5. Allow cake to cool completely. 6. Mix Cool Whip, pudding mix, and milk. 7. Spread on top of cooled cake. |
