This looked wonderful to me when I saw it on TV today... I've changed it up a tiny bit but it's still delicious! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups 1% cottage cheese |
2 (4-serve) boxes sugar free strawberry jell-o |
1 cup boiling water |
1 cup ice water |
2 low-fat graham cracker crusts (keebler) |
1 pint fresh strawberries |
1 (4-serving size) box sugar free lime jell-o |
Directions:
1. Put cottage cheese in a blender. 2. Add strawberry Jell-O to a bowl, followed by both waters. 3. Before it jells, pour into cottage cheese. 4. Blend until smooth. 5. Pour evenly into crusts and refrigerate until set, about 1 1/2 hours). 6. Slice strawberries and place on top of cheese mixture. 7. Make remaining package of Jell-O (as per instructions on box). 8. Pour it on top of fruit and put it in refrigerator until set, about 2 hours. |
