Stacy's mom's brown(ed) rice recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 cup uncooked rice |
1 (8 ounce) can french onion soup |
1 (8 ounce) can beef bouillon |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Brown the rice in the butter. 2. Combine soups, mushrooms, and rice in a casserole dish. 3. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. |
