A great tasting smoothie for anytime of the day. Ingredients:
2 strawberries |
1/2 banana |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup soymilk |
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or drink mixer and blend until smooth. 2. I use light chocolate soymilk in mine, but any flavor will be good. |
