Carol's Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups ritz cracker crumbs
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients, except for the crackers, in a greased casserole dish.
2. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
