Carol's Horseradish Cream |

Just cleaning up scraps of papers with recipes on them. This was given to me from my dear friend in Tennessee. Ingredients:
3/4 cup whipping cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup prepared horseradish, drained |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 pinch sugar |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Whip the whipping cream til soft peaks form. 2. Combine mayo, horseradish and mustard and fold into the whipped cream. 3. Add sugar and black pepper. 4. Makes 2 cups. |
