This is a soup that you can eat one day and any left overs freeze great Got a cold heat so E up and you know mom's home made chicken soup always seem To make us feel better well don't wait to get a cold to try this one. I've made this for my family for over 30 years and each time I still get an Oh mom this is great. Also you can add Pasta or leave out veggies for Chicken Noodle Soup still great soup.
Ingredients:
6 -10 chicken wings
1/2 onion, diced small
1/2 bell pepper, diced small
6 garlic cloves, roasted
salt & pepper
3 -4 potatoes, diced
1 (8 ounce) package frozen green beans
5 carrots, med. cut
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
3 -4 tomatoes, diced
4 cups water
8 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. Season chicken to taste add all ingredients and bring to a boil except potatoes until chicken is fork tender.
2. Add potatoes and cook till fork tender.
3. Serve with your favorite crackers.
4. Or make a pan of Corn Bread.
