1 stick butter |
1 stick parkay margarine |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 (16 ounce) box brown sugar |
1 3/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 cup chopped pecans |
dash of salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Melt butter and margarine 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 4. Mixture will be thick 5. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan 6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes 7. Check for doneness after 25 minutes 8. DO NOT OVERBAKE! 9. The recipe says these freeze nicely, but I have never frozen them, because no one will let me! |
