Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
3 cup(s) milk |
pepper to taste |
salt to taste |
16 ounce(s) elbow macaroni |
cheddar cheese |
monterey jack cheese |
velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Melt butter over low heat. Add flour and stir to mix. Slowly add milk and cook over low heat. Stir constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste. 2. Meanwhile cook macaroni according to package directions. (al dente) 3. Add macaroni and chunks of cheddar, monterey jack and velveeta cheese in alternating layers. Pour milk mixture over the top. Cover with grated cheddar cheeese. 4. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until top is slightly brown. |
