Breakfast treat. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soymilk |
2 tablespoons soymilk |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon agave |
1/3 cup raisins |
1/4 cup carob chips |
3/4 cup spelt flour |
1/4 cup carob powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Mix wet and dry apart, then gently combine. 3. Form biscuits on greased baking sheet. 4. Bake for 10 minutes, rotate, bake for about 10 more minutes or until lightly browned. |
