A twist on the traditional Caribbean punch - rum combined with exotic juices and basil, topped up with ginger beer. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon sugar syrup |
5 teaspoons mango juice |
5 teaspoons pineapple juice, pressed |
2 teaspoons apricot liqueur |
2 teaspoons white rum |
4 basil leaves, torn |
3 ice cubes |
2/3 cup ginger beer |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients, in a cocktail shaker, with ice, shake well and strain into a sling glass. 2. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a pineapple leaf to serve. |
