For Potato salad recipe collectors: From Home Economics 1964 Cookbook- ( i,e called carnival- cause it's colorful ) . Ingredients:
3 cups cooked potatoes, warm, cubed |
1/4 cup chopped pimiento |
1/4 cup sour pickle, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Combine potatoes, pimiento, pickle, and onion. 2. Toss with mayonnaise, salt, and paprika. 3. Chill. Serves 4. |
