2 lbs lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°. 2. Combine all ingredients and let stand for an hour. 3. Bake in a shallow baking pan for 2 hours, periodically pouring off any fat that accumulates. |
