This is an very good to be used as a veggie dip. When you combine Carnation Evaporated Milk with lemon juice or plain vinegar you have an excellent replacement for buttermilk. Ingredients:
3/4 cup carnation evaporated milk |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine Carnation Evaporated Milk and lemon juice. Reserve. 2. Place remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. Add reserved Carnation mixture. Process until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
