This, along with Aunt Violet's hot cakes were always served on Sunday. Rara in Swedish mean rare and in rare steak. LOL Don't worry they aren't pink in the middle. Ingredients:
8 eggs |
1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup cream |
3 tablespoons butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs and the milk or cream. 2. Over low heat melt the butter in a heavy frying pan. 3. Add the eggs. 4. Slowly keep scraping the bottom of the pan with a large spoon. Don't walk away. 5. When the eggs are creamy just set serve. |
