YUMMY comfort food - and HEALTHY too! Ingredients:
3 sweet potatoes |
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste) |
1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch rounds. 2. Add grapeseed oil, salt and pepper, and stir to coat. 3. Place medalions on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and cover with foil. 4.
