This is a wonderful autumn dip when the apples are plentiful. Ingredients:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping |
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted, divided |
1 1/4 cups chopped apple |
1 cup frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed |
graham cracker sticks |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl stir together cream cheese and carmel ice cream topping. Stir in pecans. Fold in chopped apple and whipped topping. 2. Garnish with leftover pecans and serve with graham cracker sticks. Note: To toast pecans, spread evenly on baking sheet and bake a 350 degs. for 5-6 mins. or until golden brown, stirring once or twice. |
