Ingredients:
1 pint(s) half & half |
1 1/2 stick(s) butter |
1 2/3 cup(s) karo syrup |
1 cup(s) pecans |
2 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Boil all but 1 cup of cream and pecans. 2. As the mixture continues to boil, slowly add the second cup of cream. 3. Boil until the temperature reached 242. 4. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and nuts. 5. Pour into buttered cookie sheet. Place in refrigerator until cool. 6. Cut into cubes and wrap in individual wax paper squares. |
