Carmel Apple Cider with Cinnamon Cream |

Ingredients:
4 cup(s) apple cider |
2 cinnamon sticks |
caramel syrup |
1 cup(s) heavy cream cold |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. In crock pot combine the cider and cinnamon sticks. Warm. In a bowl whip the heavy cream until soft peaks, add ground cinnamon and powdered sugar and then continue whipping until stiff peaks. Put cider in mugs, dollop of whip cream on each, drizzle with 1T of caramel each. |
