A low fat, low calorie tuna melt Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz bumble bee chunk light tuna in water (pouch) |
1 tsp hellmann's low fat mayonnaise dressing |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1 dash hot sauce |
32 g rye bread |
1 oz fat free cheddar |
Directions:
1. Toast bread. 2. Turn on broiler. 3. Mash up Tuna, mayo, lemon juice, hot sauce together in a bowl. 4. Spread tuna salad on bread. 5. Top sandwich with cheddar and put into the broiler until cheese is melted and golden brown. |
