Carlos' N' Charlie's Tuna Dip |

This is an updated version of an old favorite dip from Carlos' N' Charlie's a Mexican style restaurant and celebrity hangout in Hollywood CA. Ingredients:
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained |
1 -2 jalapeno chile, seeded and stemmed |
1 green onion, green part only |
1 piece celery |
1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise |
salt |
pepper |
4 leaves cilantro |
Directions:
1. Blend tuna, jalapenos, green onion and celery in food processor or blender. Do not puree. Blend in mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste. Blend to desired consistency. Sprinkle with cilantro. |
