An interesting drink from the islands!
Ingredients:
3 cups coconut rum
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
2 ounces lime juice
4 cups of perrier water
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1. Mix and chill liquid ingredients in fridge for 4 hours.
2. Serve over a quart of vanilla icecream.
3. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a cherry/pineapple skewer.
