An interesting drink from the islands! Ingredients:
3 cups coconut rum |
2 cups pineapple juice |
1 cup orange juice |
2 ounces lime juice |
4 cups of perrier water |
1 quart vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Mix and chill liquid ingredients in fridge for 4 hours. 2. Serve over a quart of vanilla icecream. 3. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a cherry/pineapple skewer. |
