Found this in a Southern Living book, very good rub Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ground allspice |
1 tablespoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon dried thyme, crushed |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients until well blended. |
