A Caribbean Vinaigrette for exotic taste. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 finely minced garlic clove |
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon minced parsley |
1/2 teaspoon black coarse ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix enough oil with dry mustard to form a smooth paste. Stir in the rest of the oil, and blend thoroughly. In a stoppered container, combine mixture with remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. 2. Shake prior to each use. 3. Keep in refrigerator |
