Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper |
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro |
1/4 cup capers, drained |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon caribbean jerk seasoning |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons creole mustard |
1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, red bell pepper, cilantro, capers, garlic, Caribbean jerk seasoning, olive oil, Creole mustard, chili sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving. |
