This just screams Summertime!! Wonderful and a definite family favorite. Ingredients:
4 tuna steaks |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon jamaican jerk spice |
Directions:
1. Place tuna steaks in a large zip-top plastic bag. 2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over tuna; turn to coat; seal bag and refrigerate 20-30 minutes. 3. Lightly grease grill rack; place tuna on grill. 4. Grill approx. 5. 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes; apply extra marinade during grill time to keep tuna moist. |
