Ingredients:
12 garlic cloves, crushed and minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 large onion, thinly sliced |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup lime juice |
3/4 cup orange juice |
Directions:
1. With a wooden spoon, blend the garlic and salt together. In a saucepan, heat the garlic mixture, pepper, onion, cumin and oil. Saute on low until the onion is translucent. Add the orange juice and lime juice and heat to a simmer. Serve over chunks of boiled yucca. |
